Please follow these steps to complete the e-learning course:
Click the "Watch Videos Now" button below to access the five-module e-learning package.
Enter your email address.
Check your email for a verification code.
Enter the code to unlock and begin the videos.
Upon completion of all five videos, you may complete the practice quizzes provided.
When you are ready, click "Complete the E-learning Course" to take the final assessment. Enter the Password provided by your branch manager.

This e-learning package is a required prerequisite for your in-person training session. Your engagement with the content is tracked to ensure a foundational understanding of the material.
Please note:
Completing the final assessment is necessary to move on to the next phase.
Your manager will inform you of your assessment results and confirm your eligibility for the in-person training session.

What to prepare for an in-person section?
At the in-person class, every trainee will be required to give a short, 30-minute demonstration. The topics will be assigned randomly and cannot be chosen by the trainees. To prepare effectively, please follow these steps:
