PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
As the Academic Manager and Full-time Lecturer at Á Châu English System, I specialize in high-level academic management, including comprehensive curriculum design, English material development, and end-to-end teacher lifecycle management (recruitment, training, and assessment). My expertise is further enhanced by holding a Master’s degree in TESOL
As an English Lecturer at FPT Polytechnic (FPoly), I was responsible for equipping students with the language skills necessary for global professional success, particularly in daily general conversations. I designed and delivered interactive lessons that developed students' speaking skills within a professional context. My goal was to ensure graduates could confidently communicate and collaborate internationally, often using practical, project-based tasks to reinforce learning.
As an International Tour Guide, I specialized in creating memorable cultural and historical experiences for groups from both English and French-speaking countries. My expertise covered the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh City and the stunning, complex waterways of the Mekong Delta. Fluency in both languages allowed me to serve as a vital cultural and linguistic bridge, managing logistics and providing rich, engaging narratives in French and English. I was also responsible for ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and deep understanding of the local culture for diverse international visitors, building my skills in cross-cultural communication and group management.
